AGI, a partner of a veteran-owned solar company in Illinois, is seeking a talented Entry Level Solar Advisor with retail sales experience to join our fast-growing team.

Compensation :

$87,000 - $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with solar knowledge face to face
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and setting up appointments
• Process customer appointments in the system effectively
• Educate educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar
• Be part of team meetings with sales and marketing team to strategize

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in retail sales or outside sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma; some college is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
• Accountable
